George-Marius Șinca is an experienced security professional with a demonstrated history in the field of national security.

He is recognized as an Information technology engineer and security expert that proved, in the last 15 years, strong skills in Communication Strategy, Competitive Analysis, Architecture Frameworks, Program & Project Management as well as Transformation Strategy Planning. Development areas in scope – ISACA, Delivery Leadership, mentoring and coaching.

He holds the position of University assistant and he also lectures on Cyber Security at the Babeș-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca, Romania within the International Relations and Security Studies Doctoral School.
