Katerina Vidova

Assistant Professor in ESP, International Slavic University “Gavrilo Romanovic Derzhavin” Sveti Nikole, Bitola, Republic of North Macedonia

Katerina Vidova obtained her PhD title in Linguistics at “Blaze Koneski” Faculty of Philology, Ss. Cyril and Methodius, University in Skopje, the Republic of North Macedonia. She is an Assistant Professor at the International Slavic University “Gavrilo Romanovic Derzhavin” in Sveti Nikole and Bitola, the Republic of North Macedonia where she teaches ESP in the field of business. She is a proof-reader of Macedonian language and she also proofreads the books published by the official publishing house of ISU. She has worked as an ESP lecturer in the field of agriculture, business and tourism. She taught English at the Centre for Foreign Languages – Skopje. She took part in the Professional Skills training at the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering within Cyril and Methodius University, Skopje. Also, she taught Business English at the Integrated Business Faculty in Skopje. She has taken part in a number of conferences focusing on linguistics, languages, literature and translation. Her research interest is in the field of Morphology, Syntax, Contrastive Analysis and Translation.
