Meissner & Partners is recognized by AESC Association of Consultants for the Search for Leaders and Leaders https://www.aesc.org/ and belongs to the international organization ECI http://www.eci-group.net/ Site in 13 countries. Previously, she gained consulting experience as a partner at ARETES Consultants.

Initially, she worked in leading publishing houses, where she performed the duties of general manager, marketing and PR director, sales director. She also managed PR and marketing for an American pharmaceutical corporation. He was the managing director of a medical company HIFU CLINIC UROLOGIA (www.hifu.pl). She was a lecturer at the Institute of Economic Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences in the Executive MBA program. She is also a co-initiator of the project for young people: Oxford Masterclass https: //www.oxfordmasterclass.pl/.

She graduated from management at the International School of Management FP in Warsaw and was a scholarship holder of the Scholarship Program for Central and Eastern Europe – Management and Marketing & Public Relations at Georgetown University in Washington / University of Wisconsin.

She also completed the Corporate CoachU program and Coaching of Relational Systems – ORSC (Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching) program, as well as the Erickson College International program: Dremwork and Advanced Mataphors, Family Coaching, Mindfulness – accredited by ICF. He is in the process of acquiring the PCC / ICF certification. She is an active member of the International Coach Federation and uses in her work the MPA® and EASI® Master Person Analysis certificates – tools supporting the recruitment and professional development of employees. He has completed over 1000 hours of coaching for over 150 managers. She conducted a number of development workshops and trainings for senior managerial staff.
