Nebojsa Jokic

–Head of Computer emergency response team, Ministry of Interior of Republic of Serbia

Nebojsa Jokic graduated at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade and a completed postgraduate studies in computer science.

He has been working in the Ministry of the Interior for over 20 years, and since 2015 he has been the head of the CERT team in that Ministry.

As a representative of the Ministry of Interior, Nebojsa participated in the drafting of the most important regulations in the field of information security in Serbia – the Law on Information Security and bylaws adopted on the basis of this Law, the Strategy for the Information Security Development and the Law on Critical Infrastructure.

Also, he is the representative of the Ministry of Interior in the Working Group for Negotiating Chapter 10 in the process of Serbia’s accession to the European Union and the deputy head of the Body for Coordination of Information Security Affairs.

Nebojsa is Serbia’s representative in the Informal Working Group established by the decision of the OSCE Permanent Council to develop confidence-building measures to reduce the risk of conflicts arising from the use of information and communication technologies and the contact point in Serbia for communication and dialogue on security and use of information and communication technologies.
